Chloe will illustrate the structure, function, and inter-connectedness of your abdominal muscles, ligaments, organs, & facia, as well as demonstrate how awareness and massage can improve overall wellbeing. judgmental space here. Chloe is trained in Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT), a non-invasive, external massage technique that focuses on repositioning the reproductive and digestive organs to improve overall well-beling.
