Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, originating in India over 5,000 years ago. It focuses on restoring balance within the body, mind, and spirit by understanding your unique constitution and the root causes of imbalance. Rather than treating symptoms, Ayurveda supports deep healing through lifestyle guidance, nourishing therapies, and a return to harmony with nature.
Join me February 22nd for a gentle Tea & Talk where we explore simple Ayurvedic self-care practices you can bring into your daily life in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and nourishing.
Ayurveda teaches that healing doesn’t come from doing everything, but from doing what truly supports you.
This gathering is an invitation to learn a handful of time-tested practices and discover which ones resonate with your body, lifestyle, and season of life.
Together we’ll talk through and gently explore:
• Self Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil self-massage)
• Tongue scraping
• Neti pot
• Eye wash
• Meditation & simple pranayama
• Daily routines (Dinacharya) that help you feel more grounded, clear, and supported

A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating facial treatment using traditional marma point therapy. This session supports lymphatic flow, calms the nervous system, softens tension held in the face and jaw, and brings radiance back to the skin.

A warm, rhythmic Ayurvedic oil massage using dosha-specific herbal oils to nourish the tissues, soothe the nervous system, and ground excess Vata. This treatment promotes circulation, supports detoxification, and brings the whole body into a state of deep rest.

A herbal steam treatment traditionally paired with Abhyanga to further soften the tissues, open the channels, support detoxification, and release stagnant energy. Helps with stiffness, dryness, and lymphatic flow.

A profoundly calming therapy in which a warm stream of oil flows gently across the forehead (ajna chakra). This treatment quiets the mind, relieves stress and anxiety, improves sleep, and resets the nervous system.

Starting in May, I will begin the clinical internship portion of my Ayurvedic Health Counselor training through the California College of Ayurveda.
During this 6-month internship, I will be offering comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations at a discounted rate under the supervision of one of my professors.
These in-depth sessions are approximately 2- 2.5 hours, during which I will explore what is happening in your body, mind, and daily life. Together, we will start to identify the root cause of your discomfort—often beginning with the digestive system—and create a personalized basic plan to guide you back toward balance and wellness.
